Warson Wines, founded by winemaker Paul Warson, brings together decades of expertise and a deep passion for winemaking. At the recent Born in OC book signing at the Lido Theater in Newport Beach, guests enjoyed a selection of Warson Wines, showcasing the diversity and quality of Paul’s craft.

Paul’s journey began in Los Angeles and continued at UC Davis, where he studied Fermentation Science. A pivotal summer at a sparkling winery in Carneros set him on the path to winemaking, and subsequent experiences in Australia and Napa Valley further refined his skills and philosophy. From his tenure at Chateau Potelle on Mount Veeder to managing Firestone Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley, Paul developed a reputation for crafting wines that are authentic, distinctive, and deeply tied to the vineyards they originate from.
